Default does anyone have a flame thrower?

I was wondering if anyone had a flame thrower or if anyone knows anything about them. Is a flame thrower kit just a spark plug and wire, or is there special instructions for it? Is there any other modifications needed to throw flames? If anyone knows and writes back that would be appreciated.

dump tons of fuel so you run really rich and you will shoot flames on occasion. Just like my CX did. It has been known to shoot 2 feet flames.

drill a hole in your exhaust behind your cat. and put a sparkplug in it. Wire the sparkplug to a solenoid switch and to your battery. when you rev it and let off, hit the switch and you'll shoot flames

EDIT: Or you could cut a hole in that tank looking thing under the car in the back. Shove a spark plug up there real quick, hook it up to a battery with a switch and when you shift Kablooey. Flames!!!!!!!

No, that won't work. My friend tried that. he put a spark plug in the piping and ran it to a external coil and turn up his fuel pressure and nothing.

theres a kit what it dose is when u activate it and u rev past like 3000 rpm it cuts the ignition and dumps fuel in to the exhaust and the spark plug will ignite it. its made for cars with no cats caz the large amounts of unburned fuel will shorten the life of it.

Flame thorwer kits are simple...

1st, install a spark plug as close to your exhaist kit as possible(and as far away from your gas tank as possible)

2nd, buy a cheap coild and one spark plug wire. Install them and hook the two together...

3rd, Connect a toogle switch you your stock coild, on the power wire, and connect a seperate on to the coil(1st on to turn off your engines spark and the second one to turn on the coild in your tail pipe)

4th, Get a test pipe, unburnt gas could be ignighted by your cat(and or ruin it)

5th, rev your car up to near red line, flick both switches and watch the flames, besure to turn your stock ignition back on before your car stalls...

It's a very easy thing to do, don't get caught with it on the streets, its against the law, and you'll look like a ricer..

some of you guys need to relax with punking people off every chance you get. You need to find something better to do. Not everyone has the same like and dislikes idiots, or we would all be the same.

That is about as "highschool" as a flamethrower kit. How ironic that a nOOb gets flamed for a flamethrower....*tosses nOOb flamesuit*
