Default clicking noise when braking

I have dimple drilled and slotted rotors with axxis metalmaster pads on the front. Lately when i drive, i can sometimes hear a faint clicking noise, fast clicking, and when i brake it gets noticeablely louder depending how hard i brake and seems to get faster or slower with the speed i'm going, normally it makes the noise most from 45+ until about 15 then it kinda fades away. Now i don't feel anything, and my rotors looks and feel fine, i just hear it, if i had my windows rolled up i'd prob never know that there was a noise or anything.

any idea what it is? the rotors and pads are about 2 weeks old.
