Default Car bogging after boost...WHY???

I finally got my car back on the road and now its hesitating really bad...but it only does this after i boost. I drove around last night and i didnt boost because it was raining hard...and it was ok. Today i take it out and it was doing good until i boosted. Then it started wanting to hesitate in low rpm's. It did it before...so i installed an msd inline pump and that didnt fix it. Then i blew the main relay and fixed it...well before i knew it was the relay i thought it might have been the inline pump...so i by-passed it. So now im running with just the stock pump again and its still doing it. Im so damn confused. I took out the plugs and they were a tad gray on the tip but according to a site i was looking at...a little gray is fine. I think my plugs arent right for it though b/c i keep reading that you should use bkr7e's and im using pzfr5f's...could that be the problem? Damn this is starting to **** me off...thanks

PS-i have a pic of the plug and ill post them later
