Default CEL throwing Map Sensor and Fuel Injectors code

im boosting only 8 pounds on a b16 with apexi v-afc. The cel comes on at high rpm's and engine goes into "limp" mode. Whats the problem ? need bigger injectors? or something else.

It probably has something to do with your Apexi. Sometimes they aren't very good at "fooling" the honda ecu.

You may want to check this out, it could be one of the contributing factors to your problem:

You might want to put your APEX'i V-AFC on Sensor Check mode ...check to see how much voltage the MAP Sensor is actually getting ...best of luck.
