Off to P1 we go......
So we finally make the trip to P1. I leave work at 9:15 to meet Chris93Si and JBG for some quick breakfast. 9:30 we are on the road... 4+ hours ahead of us. We take our time, stopped a few times and ended up getting there around 2:30. First up, #226. Got a few baselines. I didnt get a printout of my baseline, but if I remember correctly, it was 153.x/?? Jack begins to work his magic...
Here is my plot after Jack played with the vafc, timing, and cam gears...
Mods - kenji ecu, vafc, fpr, cam gears, jdm 4-1, j's intake, and catback.
Thinking about getting tuned.... make the trip to P1.... you wont be disappointed!!
Other stuff....nice meeting you Jack, Will, Sean, etc etc.
Chris will have more pics to post, and his plot and some other interesting stuff..... stay tuned.
Once again, thanks a bunch Jack!

Still seems low for the mods on the car even on a MD Dyno.

He might have a weak car. Compare it to the baseline, not other cars.

Im sure Jack couldve sacrificed some midrange for a bigger number, but I prefer the more usuable power

Thats what I was saying, his ITR looks down on power.
The tuning is not in question, His cars lack of power is.

His numbers seem low for the mods he has, even on a MD dyno, IE: If I where him I would find out where my missing hp is starting with a compression check.

Matt: normally I don't have a problem with you. But, please point out where he was concerned about the numbers. Can you find it in his post? Didn't think so. So now tell me, how did your post add ANYTHING to his thread besides BS?
Reply when you boost that dart block like it should be

There is no calculation. The closer the weight of the car to the roller weight on a dynojet the more accurate the numbers will be. Boosted and nitrous cars tend to be exagerated more do to the "ramp-up" speed. On more than one occasion I have see N/A cars "put-down" the same numbers on Mustang and Dynojet dynos.
