Default H22 All Motor Header Production Pictures

I had to re-post this thread because it was moved, but is now corrected to abide by the forum rules. I will copy and paste the old thread after this post.

We have updated our site with pictures of the production header. We changed some things to make the header flow and fit better. There is more clearance between some areas and the collectors are a lot better flowing. We are really happy with the way things are looking. We plan on testing the new design against the factory manifold on a stock motor and are confident it will make even more power. This is what they will look like:

This is what other people had said/asked:

Bob-DC2 - how much power does your all motor h22 civic make?

1bad-eg - Like the craftsmanship.

ranta18 - Our motor has made 200 whp with Crower Stage 2 cams and bolt ons. We are looking for another 5-10 hp with the Type-S pistons. There is more information on our car on our website.

Trbospnkr - This header might put my all motor EG H22 to a halt, I am planning to tune it sometime this week. Is this header for reals, all the bolt ons were even when testing the headers correct. The reason why I asked is because I have a ceramic dc header, and just ordered a stainless steel dc so I can wrap it. I have a gsr with a wrapped header and the inside seems to run cooler and more efficient, at least thats how I feel. No dyno proof, but I wanted a 4-1 for my set up but dc does not have one for my JDM H22 motor. Sorry for blabbing, ok my final question how much will this header cost, 400+ seems a bit too pricy. I saw your website, you said it can come wrapped also?, if so how much more. I have always trusted dc products, I have tried a few different headers and some don't fit very well. If that dyno sheet is true in comparison with the dc vs. yours. I am possibly interested, email me at pnguye03@sprintspectrum.com, I notice there's no flanges, in CA its very hard to get some to weld it to a flange when they see that you don't have a cat.

GOLDBERG - dc headers pretty much suck dude sorry...you can spend 250 twice for 2 diff dc crap headersand make 1-3whp, or you can spend some big bucks once and make 10+

Trbospnkr - Damn man this sucks, no one has ever told me about this header. I'm trying to gain the most hp for my street ride. I guess the tunning will have to wait! DC headers suck!

Spoon1 - looks great !! is it still keeping the same length as a regular header or is it a bit longer ?

Trbospnkr - The DC Header was ran, and then we swapped headers and ran ours right after. Nothing changed on the motor. On our site we have pricing for the addiational flanges for use with an exhaust system and for the headers to be pre-wrapped in premium header wrap. We believe our pricing is pretty reasonable compared to some of the other companies that manufacture headers which also make 10+ hp, such as Hytech, SMSP, etc .

GOLDBERG - Our point exactly. And for what we are selling them for, its less than buying 2 DC headers.

Spoon1 - The header ends about the same place the factory manifold ends.

You should go to our website and check out all the information, like this dyno graph:
