STOCK ITR, STOCK SUSPENSION....
1. stock 15" wheels with Falken Azenis (205/50 15)
2. aftermarket 17" (21 lbs each) with Kumho Ecsta 711's (215/40 17)
and WHY???

You need to be more specific about track vehicle and conditions. I know for a fact 15" rims will yeild more performance because of rotaional size and mass.
What they said. Bling has no place on the track, stick with the 15s. Just out of curiousity, do you understand the benefits of a lower rotational mass with the 15s over the 17s?
