Default Injectors with mini me swap.

I've spliced my harness from odb0 to odb1. I'm using a p06 94 dx ecu which is also odb1. I've swaped the distro to the d16y8 and removed the resistor pack. i cant get the injectors to work though. i can pour gas in the intake and it will run. but the injectors are just sittin there dead. is their a specific injector i should use?

I've got 2 odb1 injector sets and neither work. i canaply 12v to the injectors and see that they work though...

any ideas whjy the injectors arnt workin?

atfirst i thought it was because the distro sensors were not hooked up properly but they are.

You must've done something wrong when you removed the resistor pack. Something isn't wired up correctly so that the injectors aren't getting power.

ok, the plug on the right corner of the crx is the source of power for the injectors.. the RED,BLUE,BROWN & yello wires. the other side of all the wires is COMMON to theYellow wire that used to power the resistor pack.

and i found a set of 4107 injectors so thats what im testin on now...

correct?

ok, now this is so fustrating. the yello wire is always hot and the neg wire never grounds. im wondering why. i know the ecu grounds its side of the circit to turn the injector on...

another odd item.. i taped the yello wire against the frame by accident and now the iacv is pulsing. and something in the fuel tank also it seems...

agrivating.

Ooo, yeah that definitely sounds mixed up. I've never done an OBD-1 conversion (soon to come on my CRX tho), so I can't help you with the wiring as much as I'd like to. Do you have any diagrams to reference your setup to?

I think you're going to have to inspect every wire that's associated with the injectors, and see where they go, test it all out for connectivity. Something isn't grounded properly, or is mismatched, etc etc...

Good Luck!
