i'm hoping someone here has bought or knows someone who has bought a jdm front clip from a jdm dc2 integra. i am need of an intact underdash fuse box. more specifically, i'm trying to determine whether there is a power folding mirror relay in the fusebox, because all attempts to retrofit them into my itr have failed
help?

help?
i think all you need is to find a good electrician to wire that up.. as long as you have the mirrors and the switch i think you should be fine.. for example all the work on my car is done by my friend that has an auto stereo shop but hardly does any stereo.. rather works with imports all day long.. he will pretty much wire up anything on a car.. just recently i bought a used fog light switch.. and didnt have a harness for it.. it took him like 10 mins to wire that thing up and performs as if i had a harness..

i have the mirrors, the door switch, and even the door harnesses (thanks to someone here who wishes to be unamed), but alan traced as far as the interior harness and can't see anything further than a power folding mirror relay that has to be in the fuse box. there's nothing to stop the mirrors from folding or unfolding because the switch only works once.... push once for fold, push again for unfold.
something can be done with power window relays but... if it's possible to pull it off with a relay in the fuse box it would be so much neater and less messy

Hmm..the power folding mirrors came on the Type Rx only....the Type R didn't even get it as an option (at least not on the 1998's)...have you tried the power window or power mirror relays?

the mirrors that were sourced for me came from an sir-g?
i have the power window module, but the wiring to the mirrors don't go anywhere near the unit...? at least i don't think it does...

Ben How many pins are there for the switch? There should be a relay from DEI that can work with the setup. Let me know and I will see if I can figure it out.
