Default Port/Polish H22 Intake Manifold. Worth it?

Just curious to know if a port/polish job on the intake manifold is worth it? Are there noticeable gains?

I was looking for some feedback before having it done.

Thanks in advance.

It's nice to have a better flow. Extrude honed is the best way to go or bored out T/B matching it to the I. Manifold itself. You don't want to go for the over kill or you will be losing velocity ( in other words-low end torque, but at top speed is a beast) I've done my port/polish and I'd rather have it on the bench flow..

DON'T polish the intake side or your car will run rich and then you will have some problems...

u did it urslef ?
u removed a lot from the intake manifold ?
what did u based on to know where to grind ?
eheh

i plan on rebuilding my engine this winter while my car sleeps

i'll be doing some custom stuff and some sanding myself
but i'm not going to use dremel eheh
maybe sand paper..
even if it's long
i only wanna get it smooth near the TB
and remove casting **** and dirt everywhere
and i'll sand the hell out of my exhaust ports
ahah
