Integra Rated R - I just read a review of CTR in EVO mag. They said it's not as good as DC2 ITRs. Have you had a chance to test drive the new CTR?
to me, it's like asking an itr owner to go and buy a gsr.
if the new rsx-r were to come... well, that could be a different story.

[QUOTE]uuuuuh...helloooooo...the new CTR is not even out yet!!...I think you mean ITR or RSX

Umm, did you notice that Integra Rated R is from Europe? And, the new CTR is out in Europe (at least for various magazines to test it out). No, I do not confuse ITR, RSX or CTR.
Any more questions?

The new CTR has been released to car magazine testers. It hits dealers in October ( in the UK)

It's my all time favorite as well.
I would not recommend buying one though......because you will never be able to bring yourself to sell it.

i-VTEC has a few disadvantages which really castrate the brand. And disgrace the VTEC name.
1st. When in neutral with the car stopped. The 2.0 will not "free-rev", it stops at 5k. Hence no high rpm clutch drops in a drag race application.
2nd. built-in traction control and i-VTEC have killed what was formerly known as a front-wheel-drive burnout (i.e. parking brake burnout to heat up slicks) It is impossible to do a FWD burnout in an RSX. The car is not capable of it.
3rd. WEIGHT! The DC2 is lighter, more nimble and far more tunable. Cars like the DC2 R only come along once every 25 years or so. DC2 ITR is and always will be a cult hero!
need I say more...
