Default Code 41 H025 Heater?

Anyone ever had this problem? If so how do you go about fixing this problem?

Did you do a swap? More info needed to be able to help you....I did have such a problem.

i had the code when i installed my jdm header.i took the sensor out from the header and harness where it plugs in.i cleaned it with simple green on a rag and never got the code again.
