Molding side skirts??

Molding side skirts??
ok guys im tryign to mold my buddy club side skirts onto my 91 civic hatch, but im stuck, should i used bondo or fiberglass? im not too good with fiberglass though so could someone help me out???also what should i use to sand it , im going for the flush look for the front and the rear of the skirt
