Call your local bar association, they will have $20, 30 minute consultations to help you figure out your options and if you want to hire them or not. I always use the local bar for whatever state I am in and it always works great.

 

if he paced you there's probably nothing you can do. unless he's lying, and you were going the legal speed limit. i have a case that im gonna try to fight myself in 2 weeks, the cop was standing there and told me to pull over, he "guestimated" my speed, freakin sob. anyways, let me know how it goes.

 

I also need help...is there some kind of defense for "pacing" in order to get a speed? I can understand a cop would write over 65, but impossible to write down a dead accurate 86.

 

well...he paced two cars at the same time...yup my py and a black lude i dont even know where the lude came from but the lude was a good 40 yards behind me and the cop was behind the lude. How the hell he knew i was going that fast on a slight 45 degree turn up a hill then down the hill beats me but i dont think he paced me he also said he was just about 30-50 yards behind me anyone know how far they suppose to be when then pace you? let know know this cop is B.S no way he was behind me. thanks also how can i contact my local Bar asso. thanks.
hehe...also i think he gave the guy in the lude a lower approx. speed then me. if the lude was going slower then me how did he pace me and the lude? B.S!!!!!
