Another problem At 80 miles an hour my steering wheel starts to shake
when i first bought the car it didnt do this but recently it started. I recently put some 16's on but it started to shake before that what is it , how can i get it fixed? is it a balance issue or something worse?

It might not be a bad idea to have the alignment checked when they balance the wheels. Could look around for any bent suspension or bad ball joints, etc. while it's up on the lift.
