How much for a dx tranny?

Default How much for a dx tranny?

About how much should a 5 speed DX tranny in decent shape be going for?

I have 90si tranny for $150 down in florida but nobody seems to want it. Don't waste your time with the dx and just find a si. It is the best mod you'll do to your car short of a motor swap.

ok so far i got 150 for an si tranny, does that mean the dx should be around 50-75? i know the si tranny's are not easy to get

as he said, there really is no reason to even get the DX tranny... i'll tell you first handed, the Si tranny is getting maybe 1 mpg LESS than my DX tranny. 1 mpg isn't much for such an acceleration difference

I;ve been trying to sell my dx tranny, and all I was asking for it was 65 to 75.

If you really want a Dx tranny over an Si, don't pay more than $50....they are soooo many laying around that I know of.

a inspected DX tranny will go for $125-150, a Si $175-200.

I don't have problems selling them either.

i thought dx trannies and si trannies were the same except 5th was geared for better acceleration in the si, i dont see si trannies being that so special over a dx if thats the case...

ok so far i got no more than 50 and one person saying 125-150 . No more than 50 for one in good condition?

DX = 3.89 FD
Si = 4.25 FD
