Thoughts on Engergy Suspension motor mounts?
for a cheap little mod of about 40 bucks? what is the purpose of it? does it reduce vibrations?... description says:
Controls torque, diminishes wheel hop and improves manual transmission shifting.
A must to use with modified motors and if you're heavy footed!
Protects your existing O.E.M. rubber mounts from tearing.
Even works with torn O.E.M. mounts.
Can be removed later for stock running, if so desired.
Installs in just 5 to 10 minutes on Accords and Civics!
Durable HYPER-FLEX performance polyurethane construction
so... attack it?

NO it does not decrease vibrations... actually they will increase vibrations as the motor is now more solid with the car...
Benefits yes helps to reduce wheel hop some and you can feel when shifting everything is more solid..
They dont install in 10 minutes as the rear mount is a pita to work on, but not that bad...
I have them and not bad for the 40 bucks if you can deal with the extra vibrations in your car

the rear is a total pain in the *** and i wouldn't install it unless you're doing something else back there as well.
i waited until i took my transmission out again...
also, to fix a torn motor mount, try using some plastic welding epoxy or something similar. fixes the tear pretty good and stiffens it up a little bit too.
