after the theft was everything replaced new new parts/motor/trans/interior? To me, its hard to believe that a 98 R only has 21k on it... unless they person has more than a handful of cars to choose from.
i say no, keep looking..... some dude where i live wanted 14K for a '98 with salvage and had the interior replaced with GSR leather

the car that hes talking about is a 98... it should have more milage than that... seeeeeems a little fishy.. but if they are all original miles.. heck i would sell my c1 for that any day.

DON't TRUST CARFAX! A while back i was going to buy this 99 EBP SI for a very reasonable price. I ran the carfax, it was clean, no salvage or anything. When the salesman popped the hood for me, i was in shock. There was a D-engine sitting in the SI body. AND HE WAS EVEN SELLING IT AS AN SI!
Back on topic, no, don't buy it. Just be patient.
