Default BFgoodrich Drag Radials...

What are your people's thoughts on the BFgoodrich Drag radials? Has anyone have any good or bad experiences with them. I plan on purchasing them instead of MT's.

MT cheater slicks will hook better but as far as a daily driven street tire is concerned, you can't beat the BFG Gforce. American Racers are pretty good too but they're quite tall.

i went 12.00 on bfg 205/15/50 drag radials. i went a high 12.1 on the same size nittos. now they have better sizes and it depends on your power level and how many miles you plan on getting out of them. et streets and american racing tires are the best but only come in 25"+ sizes and don't get much mileage. great for 400+ horsepower turbo cars. the newer M&H tires should be good as well. the compound sounds great and so do the new sizes. should be better than the bfg's or nittos.

imagine what you would run today on 255's. i cant wait to get back to the track on the 255's. The car has to be able to go 11.7 with a 2.0 short time.

yeah, with 400-500 hp, a dual stage boost controller, and some of these new tires, an 11.50 wouldn't be difficult.
