Just had a Y8 installed and it is AWESOME!!!! But when I am at idle, it races a little bit... just a little, just enough to make the tach bounce from 1000 to 1500 over and over. Then it stops for a couple seconds, then starts again.

Just wondering if there is an adjustment to correct this?

Could be alot of things vacum leak throttle cable or even the tps. You have to take a better look and give some more details

 

Could also be coolant related.

 

Coolant? How so?
