Default 2003 Civic Si tach install??

Can someone tell me where and what wire to tap into for the tach pickup??

From what I've heard and seen in the HELMS, the pickup is a blue wire that is right behind the driver's headlight assembly, where the optional foglight harness is. That is the tach pickup for under-hood diagnostics. It is taped down most likely and covered with a little boot, that you need to remove then tap into it.

You have to tap into your ECU. Our car dosent have a distrubutor. Instead, the whole car runs of the ECU. Honda uses the cranksensor for these cars, which is a blue wire that is coming out of the Ecu. You can locate this under the hood. On the left side headlight, there is a brown connector..there will be your blue wire. If confused contact me.
