Default Flow bench yes or no?

Hi I' a Nebbie yeppie!!! anyway I want to port and polish my head and there's a shop I deal with for parts and stuff he said he will port my head for like next to nothing he's trying to help me out with buliding my N/A street car. Now he doesn't have a flow bench and I asked him about this he said he's done it alot and doesn't need a flow bench! so should I let him do it or should I pay someone who's got a flowbench???. I live in Canada and there's not a whole lot of shop that are know for this stuff. TIA Rob

Unless this guy has a very strong rep for producing power, find someone with a flowbench.
