Default peak and hold resistor box wiring, why can't you...

i was thinking about the install tomorrow. and i was thinking, once you check for continuity at the distribution plug and figure out which wires go to the injectors, why can't you just use one radio shack resistor and tie all four lines together to each side of the resistor? (i know kinda confusing, so here are two diagrams of what i am talking about, picture is worth a thousand words)

Ive thought about that too. Each injector fires SEPERATELY. THe yellow wires are the power wires, and colored wires are grounds, that the ECU grounds out when triggered to.
So, no matter what, all the black/yellow wires are hot, injector firing or not, so no matter what, i dont see anything "******* up".
I say ITLL WORK. Maybe run two resistors instead of one? Itll help the load. that the resistor will see a little bit...

as long as the proper resistance is maintained, i foresee no problem with it.

think about it this way, when most people wire in a resistor box, they take 4 wires and only use ONE to power the resistor box.

so it will work in theory

Yeah, I have to agree here.
I don't see why this wouldn't work. Although the Honda Resistor box is 6ohms not 10. Also, a resistor box keeps the resistors cool for long life.

with the overlap of the injector pulses your Vdrop across the resistor will change. Use 4, if you want it to work right.
