Default Compression/Timing question...

did a compression test on my b16 with 3mm headgasket a few days ago and go ~95,95,95,95, this was done on an extremely cold start. anyways looking over my timing today i realized the T-belt was a tooth off, could that effect teh compression that much? i did a test before i installed teh headgasket and got 205,205,205,205 so i know its not internals....

Yes, it will effect compression. The valves will open during the compression stroke and bleed out the pressure that is supposed to build up.
