I was on my way to the airport on Sunday when a 17 y/o girl ran up the middle lane and crunched the side of my R. Traffic was backed up and I couldn't see her coming, and also it wasn't even a lane so she was illegally passing. She got the ticket and I got a sore back. Hopefully it can be fixed, insurance hasn't looked at it yet since I am out of town. This is my first time posting pics so I hope that they come out. How much damage do you think there is???

wow. glad no one got hurt bad.

looks like a fairly easy repair. new door and fender. doesnt look like any frame damage. oh and a new skirt too if it is cracked or broken

Damn, use bondo j/k, might also need door hinges replaced on body, cant really tell from pics.

i would guess u would need a new door, hinges, front fender, and just touch up on the quarter... hum... come to think of it... i have that fender in perfect condition!

If it was touched, it's probably damaged. I sneezed on mine once and now I have a dent.

i would do the same thing.... sorry to hear about your car, that is one beautiful R, and it will be more beautiful once you get it fixed!!

 

Glad to see that you are oK from that wreck.....stupid teenagers.

 

MAKE SURE that if you get a body shop to fix the damages, DONT LET THEM leave it in the back or somthing, put a tarp over it or do somthing! i have heard alot of storys about Rs getting fixed and got stolen from the shop so..please lets not have that happen again!

 

Dam , that sucks.. Get her for what she is worth, its not like she is paying for it,insurance is. You can find a new door online somewhere after she gives you the money for a new one.. Everything will be OK Its harsh but the bitch would probably have done it to you
