Civic Hatchback w/ LS (b18b nonvtec) motor..turbos?
First of all, i want to keep the car a daily driver, so I don't want to make it a pain to drive 
What brand turbos spool up quickest? all things being the same (compressor/turbine sizes being equal)
i've heard the garretts get spikey boost at 13-16 lbs..so i might avoid the garrett..if not..i like this kit http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...01901
and sell the Fuel Management
. it will go towards a honda s200 and a cheap 1 ghz laptop for onboard system diagnostics.
but i'm still vigorously looking. i've heard things of isamu, but i don't know much more than the name

Anyway..i want a turbo that will achieve 310+ whp at full boost (18lbs or so..), what size turbo would accomplish this AND MORE IMPORTANTLY SPOOL up QUICK and throughout my powerband/shiftband!
Application: B18B DOHC, will be sleeved at 1.95L and 9.5:1 Pistons and Eagle Rods. I might model Cheezfrogs "viper killer" *hehe* with the roller rockers and cams, but crower 404s are out of the questions..and i definitely don't want to blow multiple motors..
what size wastegate should i go with?? will 35mm tial provide ample boost juice at 4500 rpm and up???
