Thermostat/Radiator Cap

Could someone tell me where I could buy a low temperature thermostat and a 1.3kg Radiator Cap for my 1993 Honda Prelude Vtec Turbo?

Is there such a thing as a low temp. thermostat? I think you need a thermostat switch to accomplish that, but I'm not sure...
