This starting problem only rears it ugly head after the car sits for 2days or more. It is hard to crank and slow to crank, boosting it does not improve the cranking situation it just cranks slow and when it starts it has an irratic idle. This pretty much rules out the battery. When I do drive it regularly it starts and idles fine.

Could it be the starter? But why does it only happen after a few days of not being driven. Why not after 1 night?

Any ideas? TIA.
