Clear headlights problem
Hi all,
I am new to this forum, as well as to all the DIY mods. I just recently paid off my Accord, and my husband and I thought it would be neat to do some easy mods to start off. He tried the clear headlights, and they look really nice! There is one problem though. When he put the lights back in, there is a gap on the outer edge on both sides. Is there a way to adjust this so the headlights are flush with the bumper/side of the car again? Here are some pics if my explanation is unclear.

Thanks for all suggestions in advance!

okay..thank for being nice, but people been clearing honda side marker and headlight since the day they put those little orange transparent stripe on it.
make sure to reseal them good with silicone. RTV is fine.
i think your husband pry the clear cover too hard when he was removing it..
you can reshape it back by heat, use the oven.
right timing and temp is the key.
by the way the link is not working

Thanks. I changed the link to go to the photo album instead. You can click on the Accord folder and the pictures should show from there. BTW, the lights would not fit in the oven. He had to use a heat gun instead.
there should be little gap there, not a big gap but even the stock one have a little gap between the clear plastic and the metal fender(which sealed by a gasket)
