What are some signs of your ecu going bad? Could this be the problem with my car . It was running really crapy and now its not running at all. The rpm's would go all crazy the car would just cut off out of no where. If a lower vtec anywhere from 5700 like to 52,53 it would be ok then i would be on the highway like the next day and car just start loseing power or bog just something off the wall. My 1/4 times are crap it ran faster with just a intake and header and it had 100 pound box in the back 15.9@89mph then last year. This year it couldn't even break 16 flat on street tires 15.2@91.69 on slicks. Please Help! Sorry for the bad Engish and spelling

maybe you should do a compression & leakdown test and see what you get with that. Not a bad place to start.

 

I did one last december they were all around 15% lean down then. Might be time for a rebuild thats what i was planning on doing this winter anyway. thanx for the imput
