well my rear speakers dont work because my friend decided to power his 1200 watt subs with a 1000 watt amp in my car first the back speakers didnt go on instead all the juice went to the sub because i had my stock deck running and when i had a system i used the rca convertor which was hooked up to my back speakers then to the amp so then i smelt something nasty and i turned off my radio and i unplugged my subs ok the speakers are running fine we cant figure out where the smell is comming from so then we plug the subs back in because we couldnt get the sub to work properly and then the speakers go out again and the smell comes back so we gave it a rest and unplugged the amp and the sub so this morning i go to start up my car no radio i figure its just the fuse when i go check the fuse it was blown i replace it but no rear speakers it still smells though just not as bad so i took my rear speakers off and i thought id rewire my rca convertor whatever its called i hooked it up to the lines instead of the speaker
its already disconnected then i connect the amp and the sub back
i hear a click from the sub but its not on the amp works but then i smell it again
this time smoke is comming from my vents through the cracks of my dash radio stearing column all through the front now im thinking since the radio is still on no fuses are blown is it the wires that are fried? what should i do? before i burn anything else up?
