I have driven my '97 ITR 3800 miles (it now has 8800 miles), and I just attempted to back over my bicycle, and screwed up my rear bumper. Both estimates were in the $300 range.... how much is the cheapest OEM new rear WHITE bumper cover?

white? they don't come paint matched... parts from acura will be black (non painted). $300 is about right.

You have a 97 R with only 8,800 miles? Be VERY careful with that, you've got a gem with low miles....

 

well i just went through the whole rear bumper dealie. i was quoted 333 and change for a new bumper from acura. i said F that and went to ahmotor.com and purchased a bumper for my 00 R for 272 flat + shipping. give em a call or drop them an email and they will help you out. the bumper came in an original honda box with wrapping and the part number. but like flux said, take care of your ride, you do have a really rare car.

oh yeah forgot to add, it comes primered gray. you will need to get it painted.

97 and 98+ Rear bumper covers are the same price. About $333.70.

I would know cause I got rear ended in my 94 GS-R and I'm still going through the process of getting it fixed up.

Get the 98+ Rear bumper, same price, looks better!
