What compression best good for Spoon Cams?

I think what he's trying to say is that pistons aren't needed. They aren't super high comp. cams. They are mild cam like the spec A's etc.

I think B2FiNiTY means that if I'm looking for top end Spoon aren't the cams but the compression will help the pistons reload faster as they will with any cam. I was more concerned about to much compression causing powerloss/overlap.
