I'd do a valve adjustment and recheck.

Put a tablespoon or so of oil in #2 and retest it. This will indicate whether the problem is with your rings or valves seating. You losing oil? Blowing smoke?

Check the obvious stuff first. valve timing, valve lash (make sure the rocker has enough clearance to wobble a bit to prove there is clearance from the cam), pour oil in cyclindar to check for rings. During the leakdown where do you hear the leakage coming from?

Could be bent valve or bad valve seal if the timing is dead on, valve lash is good, and your still leaking air out the head.

You have high leakage overall, it looks like a more global problem than just #2. Most likely head gasket seal or valve timing (tbelt).

Figure out where you are leaking the air from. If its the crankcase, its rings, if its coming from your exhaust or intake, its your valves, if its your coolant, its a headgasket or cracked sleeve. It definately looks like its time for a rebuild.

Damn, I have the same motor and my numbers are way different. All your cylinders are low on compression, it might be a head gasket issue or maybe timing, maybe you skipped a tooth, my motor had 230-235psi in all cylinders. Number 2 is definitelly your problem but they are all low, was this done on a cold motor or hot???
