Honda Part # - 51320-S04-003 What is it???

Found a pair of rear endlinks, trying to figure out if it's for 99-00 Si or Type-R ... can anyone help clarify? Either way, will these things work to put an ITR Rear Sway onto an EK? Don't want to sell soemone the wrong endlinks. Thanks in advance.

Hparts calls it a "W-LINK, FR- STABILIZ" for whatever that's worth. I got a parts list around here if I could find the dern thing.
