well to me it seems there would be too many variables to say what the max hp would be on that turbo.... but the most boost that you can put through it is somewhere between 18-20psi....

Over 300whp has been done. You can run as much boost as you'd like, but at some point the pressure and flow causes teh air to be overheated. The fastest 14b dsm's run with a welded shut wastegate and race gas FYI.
