Default oil around plugs.

I just checked to see today if I am still burning oil. Oil was low. Some of the plugs were wet... I have a 92ex manual w/ 130k on it. could this mean the piston rings are bad? and is this pretty expensive to fix?

the problem is one of two possible things it can be the spark plug tube seal or the orings i would change the tube seals and use brake clean to clean all the oil out of the tubes and then run it for a week and check it again if there is oil in there again it is the orings and you must remove the rocker arms to replace those a little more difficult but not too hard
