looking at the specs on the that's headers primaries and etc...with the 2.5
collector it reminds me of the toda header...very good for the price imo
i believe that "mod" can be done by any muffler shop...IB just started it/advertised
it publically
personally i would go with a comptech icebox..or a mugen if yer boss ballin
i would also go with ef-1.com cams and valvetrain
instead of vafc i would go hondata..but i duno if u guys got tuners in your area
and if yer using a skunk 2 intake manifold..i'm assumin cuz yer going with a gsr head..good choice imo

This isn't totally related to your header question (although it wouldn't be my first choice), but I'd change a few of your other intended mods. First, I'd go with a different/larger exhaust, ST Corsa cam sprockets instead of S2's, skip the AEM rail, and if you're planning on a VAFC and a chipped ECU anyway, I'd replace both of those with something more tunable (such as, but not exclusivly, a Hondata setup).
