Default Knocking sound after releasing clutch........

Hi all. I have been noticing this for a long time. Whenever I release my clutch to the point where it supposes to engage, it seems like there is a delay in the engagement. I can hear a knocking sound in the engine before the car is actually moving. Does anyone experience this too? It it normal?

Also, I had a squeaking clutch before, the dealer changed the slave cylinder and the problem went away. Today I felt that it is coming back again
