Kyle the buster.
Think you just gotta drill the block for crank case ventilation. Then run that to the catch can then back to the IM.

This might help

They're 2 big freeze plugs that you need to replace with nipples. Then you hook up the the nipples-hoses-catch can.For the back of the block you have to run baffle type so you run a T and oil goes back to the motor during deaccelaration.I'm running Endyn for the block and cusco for the valve cover. As for valve cover weld 2 nipples/fittings,make sure it's infront of the bar(inside th valve cover)so you won't have too much oil coming out.You don't need to do this unless you're planning to make some power.

i have this set up on mine. it works rather nicely, it tends to smell pretty bad from time to time though. ehh oh well

this picture is really old, i had welded nipps in there before, now i have threaded 1/2 in. nipples now among some other things too

p.s. its not b20vtec, its lsvtec, but same principal applies

for turbo cars I feel it's a must but going NA and not breaking into 11's it isn't really necessary.

but you gotta understand, that is my only pcv system since its a b18b block:

i posted this a while ago
this set up makes it possible for the built up pressure in the crankcase created by the revoultions made by the crank, the pressure has to go some where, otherwise you will blow out your oil pan gasket as well as other assorted gaskets and seals due to crank case pressure build up. so the crankcase pressure travels up the oil valleys and out the valve cover, then proceeds to travel out the filter on top of the catch can. i also have a diffrent set up that replaces the filter with a pcv that then goes to the intake manifold to recirculate the gas back in to the motor more resembling a stock PCV system to keep the friendly emmissions people happy.

also, my block is a b18b, which has no air water seprator on the back like the b18a counter part, or the vtec blocks, the b18b blocks use a valve right on top of the cover. as you can probaly see that on the vtec heads you dont have a pcv valve on the top, so what do i do? do i drill in the valve cover to make a sufficient pcv system? no. so i made an crankcase evacuation system based on endyn's idea. and it works great.
