Default CTR vs. usdm ITR tranny?

I'm just wondering if anyone knows the difference between the two of these.

I know that they both have the sam gearing and same fd, but what I'm really looking for is other mechanical differences, such as the difference between the clutch assemblies.. if there is any.

Any info that you can get me would be appreciated.
