is there a way to replace trailing arm bushings without an hydrolic press?

Depends on what you are putting in. If you use the ES bushings, you only have to remove the rubber, or if you are using Mugen....you have to press them in.

It's not getting in the bushings that's too hard, it's getting the old rust infested old ones out. You can bring it to a shop and they'll press it out for you. Or you could get a troch, and big frigging hammer. Search "bushings"

When I needed to get my LCA bushings replaced, one was burned and hammered out, but it is really a whole lot easier to have them pressed in/out. Especially if they are stock Honda bearings or Mugen. If it is ES or similar polyurethane bushings, you can usually just push them in yourself.
