Seized LCA bolts
Why not try and do it yourself? I take it you are in Minnesota? I don't know where you can take it there but you are probably going to be looking at any where from $100-$300 depending on how bad the situation is. I had my springs changed when I first got my car and it cost me an extra $100 in labor for them to take out the passenger lca.
Bring out the liquid wrench and a breaker bar. If the head of the bolts break. Just buy a use lca from here to replace it. Cheaper than the shop price and new brushings being pushed in and the brushing itself
