jus swapped gsr disk brakes to a 2000 civic dx, stainless steel lines, si prop. valve and a si mc. after everything was installed we proceded to bleed the lines. there were no leaks in the lines or on the mc or prop valve. but the brakes still failed. We thought the SI mc was bad so put the stock DX mc back on... brakes work but not very well. any suggestions?

 

Are you sure the brake hoses are lined up with the banjo bolt?

 

Did you do front and rear? If you did the rear did you replace the prop valve?

 

take the caliper off, flip it over, then try and bleed them.
