Default B16 O2 question

I have the A/F meter hooked up to the second O2 sensor. Is there a dominate O2 or just pick one? Only reason I'm asking is because I can't due any tuning as is. I'd have to run a EGT for better tuning at present. I'm thinking about going to OBD1 so I at least have just one O2 that I can use and replacing the stock B16A O2's would be easier. I can get one from a 94 Del sol, Civic V-Tec and get better A/F readings for tuning. I'd like to run a V-AFC for bit till I get my HondaData ecu.

when you did the wiring or the guy that did your wiring, did he tap into a different wire to eliminate your 2nd o2 sensor?

also if you dont have a stock pr3 ecu (chipped or full mugen or anything) then it wont read your 2nd o2 sensor anyways so your free.

I have a pwo ecu and I am getting some readings off the second sensor but it's almost like it's not even registering correctly. Are you saying I can disconnect the other sensor???

no do not disconnects the second o2, or else you will end up in my situation. I have a pw0 and the shop that did my swap just was lazy and took the 2 o2 wires running form the ecu and spliced it into one o2 sensor. So I only have one, and it makes my car run like *** bogs on hills badly and just does not have the power a b16 should have, I still have to get a second o2 bung welded on my header so everything will be ok. so I recommend to keep the 2 o2 sensors were there are, and you will be alright.

sounds good. Now I need to find the part number to replace the 2 O2's. Mine not working desired. It's not rocking on the A/F meter. It just sort of sits there. LoL
