Default Recipe for a 13 second all motor D-series.

Just wanted to hear some opinions from the sohc guys on any configurations to yield some 13 second E.T.'s out of a sohc D16 in either a CRX or an EG hatch naturally aspirated. Being streetable mandatory. Thanx

I'm aware of the basics that applies to any all motor applications such as higher compression, more aggressive cams, head work, etc. What I'm asking is combinations people are currently utilizing on their cars that's yielding those E.T.'s. Thanx.

My friend put my old motor in his hf(street car) and ran 13.1 back in '97 .The recipe:STOCK BLOCK
Bored stock TB
Ported Im
P&P head,w/ new valve job,milled.100 and macht port tb-im-head
valve springs
fuel reg.
adj. cam sproc.
chipped ecu
reground cam w/ alot of lift not so much duration
This set up have more potential,we were tuning it at the track not really knowing what to do.Basically trial and error, most people didn't tune their car on the dyno at that time.
