unfortunately, things like this happens. the BOTI season finale event has been on the schedule since last november. others that schedule may not have known or plain just doesn't care.

i mean this might sound like a slap in the face, but maybe you guys should reschedule...You guys are gonna end up losing $$$$ doing it.. do it weekend before or after pomona.... 98% of the crowd and 99% of the racers will be at nopi just for the fact of the bigger payout.. just something to think about..

to the OG's

That sounds like a great idea... reschedule the BOTI season finale!! Better yet bring it back to Palmdale... old school style.. riots on Palmdale blvd... those where the days. It would be great if you guys could reschedule it would allow the southern california racers to get one more event in by the end of the season. I'm pretty sure almost everyone is going to be at NOPI that weekend

rescheduling is not as simple as you may think. this date was secured as of the 2002 sema show. schedules were distributed since last year. advertising has already been circulating and television (espn2) has already been confirmed. at this point, there is more to lose rescheduling than moving forward. however, since our target audience is northern l.a. county, it may not be as bad. we had an event last year on the same weekend as an idrc event in palmdale and our turnout was splendid. good looking out though!
