Depends, first what wheel width are you going to go with? The same offset, on different width wheels, with the same tire will give the different results (different track, clearances change, etc.).

I guess the two obvious choices are going to be a 15x6.5" ( probably +40 to +45) or 15x7" (+35 to +40). So you should figure out which of those and what brand and then what's available.

Do you need to clear big brakes? That may change dictate a lower numerical value to push the wheel out.

I'm thinking 15x7", since the Falken Azenis is known to be wider-than-indicated tire.

Roughly +42, +43 in a 15x7 wheel. Other width wheels will vary, but I know those will fit.

Why? Are you rubbing the fenders?

I am thinking to get some 15 X 7" and run 205's, but I want a +40 offset. Do you think that will clear everything?

Anything less than +40mm will most likley rub.. Well, from my experience.
I had a set of 15s with a +35mm offset and 195/55/15s and they rubbed like a ****.
A set of 16s with a +38mm offset and they rubbed, but only on corners and when the car was reall lowered down.. Not as much as the 15s.
Then another set of 16"s with a +40mm offset, and they would tuck just fine.. Never rub.

Ok, just found out that the 15" wheel I want is only offered in a 35 offset. It's a 7" wide wheel... I can get a 6.5 though. I was set on getting the 7" with a 40, but.... no 40! DAMN!

So, if I get the 7" wide wheel will runnign a 195/50 tire rub? If so, how much?

the rotas are in a 38+ offset I think the main reason you may be rubbing is the 205/50 azenis, they are actually wider than a regular 205/50 tire.

Actually all of the info on the 15X7 rota slipstreams that I have seen is a 40mm offset. The 6.5's are also a 40mm offset. The circuit 8's have a 38mm offset, and I have seen those rub a little on a CRX, but the Civic hatch has more rear wheel clearance on the fenders than the CRX. So do you have these rims, or are you thinking about getting them?

I have seen them on a hatch with the same rotas, and no rub!!!!

yes I have them, they rub to much but I don't have anything else to put on, that's why I need to get rid of them, the rim are mint tires? the two front the inner are worn the rear has about 75%still on them just I lil slashed from the fenders.

If you want to check them out go to vehicle for sale and look for california reg. RHD for sale or trade my boy put it up for me.
