Jay - what kind of ECU are you using?

reset the ecm then idle the car for like 15 min. sounds like the idle air controll valve. thats why you have a weird idle! and make sure all the sensors are hooked up. hope that helps

Do I have to drill a hole in the itb's to install the iat sensor or can I just plug it in to it's connector.

Plug the iat back into its connector and tie it back to the harness.

The car is bogging at lower rpm's because with the ITB's, there is less vacuum and its fooling the ecu into dumping more fuel down low. Most likely gonna need to reburn the chip or use a vafc to correct for the extra fuel down low.

You can out the IAT sensor right in front of one of the horns.

As far as the IACV, there are a couple ways of keeping it happy. CHEETAH recommended bolting it to a plate, and keeping coolant running through it. "Mount your IACV into a plate to block off and pass coolant thru it but not connected to anything except stock engine harness (pass coolant thru it or the car will keep revving up and down from 1K to 4k then back to 1K etc)"

Also what injectors are you running? are you using the vacuum or non vacuum dependent FPR? Using a vacuum canister?

I wouldn't run ITB's unless I have a standalone with TPS tuning. You are in a risk of washing out the rings as your car bogs at low speed/rpm.

I'am using a chipped p28 with a burned program and vafc.I have a vacuum cannister from TWM and suitable sized injectors.I had the car idleing fine even with not running coolant through the iacv. The problems all started after I messed around with the butterflies.
