anyone modify auto ecu for 5 speed?

i did this with my d series in my civic, but i am about to put in a b18 and just found an ecu locally but it is auto. can i just cut the rp17 resistor in the ecu? or is it another one? it is a 95 p75 ecu. thanks

umm to answer ure ?? i duno but i have a 95 ls p75 manual ecu that will b for sale shortly
